Located in Belfast, Prince Edward Island, Heartwood Guitar Care Services is a professional fretted instrument setup and repair shop run by Sean Hassall. With a lifelong interest in music, Sean began studying classical guitar in early adolescence and completed a diploma in music performance at Mount Royal College Conservatory of Music (classical guitar). These days, however, he has been following his passion for learning Jazz Standards for finger-style guitar.

Working with Ashe Green RGD on this was a blast! I grew up listening to my dad play his acoustic 12-string guitar and would always be in awe of him plucking away. Making the concepts for this reminded me of that nice smooth woody look that my dad’s guitar looks like. Happy for Sean and being able to have been a part of that experience.
